Jesus portrays the marriage covenant as a both beautiful and powerful bond that destroying or breaking it, would symbolize dismantling what it means to be human made in Gods Image and likeness.
The ideology of looking at a person is based on one’s intension. Intensions should be pure; noticing one’s attractiveness which is also a reflection of God’s image, rather than staring while letting it take root in one’s mind with the need to fulfill one’s internal desires. #i cannot stop a bird from flying over my head, but I can certainly keep it from making a nest in my hair #
